German Photographer | Christian Siebert { Images from Greece }

I met my dear friend Christian in 2002 during my first trip to Greece. We met on the magical island of Santorini at the most amazing youth hostel on the planet. I noticed he had a nice camera, we got to talking and we ended up spending a lot of time together on Santorini and Ios. Christian is from Leipzig, Germany where he is a civil engineer, but also an amazing photographer. He is fortunate enough to go to Greece every year and I always look forward to seeing his images. He does some amazing underwater photography and loves to dive and snorkel. This year I received this lovely image, and I just had to show it off! To see more of his amazing work visit his website www.sonnenfelsen.de and click on "fotos".

New Addition! | Doogan

Meet Doogan - the newest edition to this crazy household! He is a 5 month old Vizsla & Staffordshire mix. His big sister, Brynn, is still trying to get a feel for this big, floppy, clumsy, jumpy thing that has taken over...but at least she has a play buddy now. Doogan was adopted from Poochie Momma & the Purrr Factory. If you are interested in adopting an animal contact Wendy Gali at 310.922.4936 or wendy@poochiemomma.net.

Bargain of the Year!! { personal stuff }

So, while I was on the hunt for a new studio prop at my favorite consignment shop in Encinitas the other day...I found this! It's funny how things seem to fall into place. While looking for a chair for the studio, I found an armoire for my living room! But that is certainly not the entire story! I found this lovely, barely used, in perfect condition piece of yummy furniture for only $89!!!!!!! It pays to shop ;-)
